LLOYD COILS EUROPE produces conventional finned pack heat exchangers – coils – for OEM and other customers, manufactured from the highest quality copper tubes and aluminum or copper fins. Critical components for the coils, such as the headers and connecting pipes, are manufactured in house. Specially evaluated quality suppliers and sub-contractors are used for the out-sourced components. LLOYD COILS EUROPE also has the capability to supply coils with different surface finishing, such as powder coating or Thermoguard corrosion protection, as well as deliver coils with alternative pre-coated aluminum fins.

The main coil types produced in Prague are:

• Condenser coils for HVAC&R, with optional fan shrou­d and paint finishes
• Evaporator coils for HVAC&R applications
• Reversible or combined coils for heat pumps, dehumidifiers, etc.
• Water and brine (glycol) coils for HVAC applications, such as air-handling units, fan-coils, unit heaters, etc.
• Special and industrial coils
